What shipped, and what is next

Every 3.x release is included in a 3.0 licence. What is coming is written down so you can see what exists today, and hold us to the rest.

3.0 Out now

The first public release

Recordings into finished, captioned clips, entirely on your own machine. No upload, no clip limit, no watermark, no minutes meter.

Making clips

  • Clip types — message, movie, songs, interview and highlight
  • Transcription and captions — Whisper, locally, with forty styles and word-level timing
  • The editor — trim by reading the transcript, not by dragging a timeline
  • Templates — save a look once: crop, captions, watermark, intro and outro
  • Brand kits — fonts, colours, logos and watermarks, shared across every seat
  • Extract sections — the sung parts and the spoken ones of a long recording, each as its own video, cut rather than re-encoded
  • Extract from a frame — keep the pieces you mark as one video, joins where you put them
  • Watch and record — waits for a stream, records from the first second, makes a project when it ends
  • Save the full video — the whole recording to a folder, nothing cut, nothing re-encoded
  • Export pictures — stills taken where the picture changes, at the video's own resolution
  • Command line — ariloop does what the window does, so a run fits in a cron job
  • Rendering — ffmpeg bundled, vertical and square output

Your licence and your team

  • A key for each person, not one for the team — a key that leaks is revoked on its own
  • Seats you can add one at a time, priced for the tier rather than sold in packs
  • Move up a tier by paying the difference — seats and brand kits carry over
  • Teams — kits and templates can belong to a campus, a show or a client
  • Roles — owner, admin, billing and member
  • Billing history with an invoice against every payment

Good to know

  • Buy it once and it is yours, or rent month to month and stop whenever you like
  • A rental that ends still opens the app and exports what you have cut
  • Prices are set per country; checkout shows the total, with tax, before you pay

3.1 Next

More than one recording at a time

  • Mix — one recording, several looks, rendered together
  • Several videos in one project — several recordings read as one body of context
  • AI reframe — the subject kept in frame as it moves, without setting keyframes yourself

3.2 Planned

Longer form, and your own footage laid where it belongs

  • Video to book — a recording turned into something that reads
  • AI B-roll — cutaway footage laid over the words that call for it

3.3 – 3.8 Later

One take in, a finished piece out — then the rest

  • Cuts (viral hook) (3.3) — openings that have worked, to borrow rather than invent
  • Cutroom (3.3) — one take back cut, with a hook, captions and b-roll
  • Avatar content (3.4) — a presenter you don't have to film
  • Script to video (3.4) — start from words rather than from footage
  • Thumbnail generator (3.5) — covers built from your own brand kit in one pass
  • Storage sync (3.5) — finished clips copied to your own bucket, from your own machine
  • Scheduled tasks, watch folders, integrations (3.6) — work that runs without you, clips handed to your own tools
  • The phone apps (3.7) — a full seat in your pocket
  • One-take ads (3.7)
  • Direct posting and the social scheduler (3.8) — plan what goes out and when, straight to your channels

No dates on purpose. Everything above is included in a 3.0 licence when it ships; a 4.0 would be separate, offered to holders below full price. Missing something? tell us — the order is not fixed.
