Features

Everything the app does

One licence includes all of it. Nothing here is an add-on, a credit pack or a higher plan — the tiers only differ on how many machines run it and whether a team shares one look.

Sources

Bring in anything you can watch

A file on your drive, or a link. Paste one and Ariloop reads its title and length first, so you can choose the stretch worth working on before anything downloads.

CM2025 · The Laws of Proper Speech 1:19:03 · 1080p · English detected Using 11:00 → 60:30 — only this part is transcribed

From your drive

Files you already have

MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM, M4V and AVI, from an internal disk, an external drive or a network share. Nothing is copied to us, and a 4.8GB recording opens as fast as a 50MB one.

From a link

Wherever the recording lives

YouTubeVimeoInstagram ReelsTikTokFacebookXLinkedInTwitchRumbleLoomRiversideStreamYardZoomGoogle DriveDropboxAny direct video URL

If your machine can reach it, Ariloop can fetch it — including your own private storage. Recordings behind a sign-in are easiest saved to disk first, then opened as a file.

Captions in 90+ languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin and the rest of the Whisper set. Pin the language when you know it, or let it detect.

No editing skills

Set up so you succeed on the first try

Editing software assumes you already know how to edit. Ariloop assumes you know your material and want it posted — the defaults are the work of an editor, already done.

No timeline to learn

You cut words, not frames

Select a sentence in the transcript and delete it; the video follows. Pauses and “um”s go in one click. No keyframes, no tracks, no ripple-delete.

Never a blank canvas

It arrives already styled

Pick a clip type and a template and the captions, framing, thumbnail and pacing are already chosen. Change any of it if you want to — but the first render is postable.

Nothing renders blind

See it before you commit

Captions, watermarks, layers and the title thumbnail are drawn on the preview as you change them, and every step undoes. You're never waiting on a render to find out.

Mistakes are cheap

Fix one clip, keep the rest

Got a name wrong in the captions or want a tighter cut? Fix that clip and re-render only it. The other ten stay exactly as they were.

The look

Captions, formats and framing you actually choose

Forty burned-in caption styles, word-timed from the transcript, each able to borrow any of nineteen fonts. Pick the one that matches your channel, or fix a word it misheard and re-render just that clip.

Stamp

Use a frame from the clip, your own image, or the clip's title set over a base image in one of six title styles. It's embedded as cover art on the MP4, so the file already looks right in an upload dialog — and every clip in a batch gets one without you opening a design tool. Arriving in 3.1; until then every clip still leaves with a frame of itself as its cover.

Drag the picture to choose what the crop keeps, or keep the whole frame when the slide behind the speaker matters.

Script to video

No footage? Start from the words

Paste a script — a devotional, an ad read, a product explainer — and point Ariloop at some images. It matches lines to pictures, narrates, captions every word and renders the finished video. Don't have images? Let it find them and show you what it picked before anything renders.

Your script

0:00 Every word you speak is a seed. Nothing grows by accident —

0:09 what you say over your morning, you harvest by evening.

Matching

Pictures follow the line

Each image is held for the lines it belongs to, with a slow push so a still never feels static.

Voice

Narrated or silent

Pick a narration voice, drop in your own recording, or leave it silent with captions and a music bed.

Same toolset

It's a clip like any other

Templates, watermarks, image layers, thumbnails, formats and the editor all apply — and it can be scheduled like the rest.

Beyond one clip

Templates, mixes and manuscripts

The same recordings, put to work more than one way.

Video to book

Turn a series into a manuscript

Point Ariloop at a run of videos and get the knowledge in them organised into chapters — a draft you edit and publish, not a wall of transcript.

Models

Any model, chosen per generation

Not one vendor and not one model. A strong model to find moments in a keynote, a cheap fast one for a bulk pass, a local model when the footage can't leave the building. Your key, billed by them — never resold by us.

Templates work the same way: pick a shape that travels — hook, pacing, caption rhythm, where the payoff lands — then save your own once you know what your audience keeps watching.

Growing into it

Start on one machine. Outgrow it on purpose.

Most people buy Individual, then hit one of three walls: a second editor, a brand that has to look identical across the team, or a finance department that wants an invoice. Moving up costs the difference, not the full price again.

You are here

Individual

  • 2 seats — your desktop and laptop
  • Every clip type, template and export
  • Your own brand kit, on this machine
When a second editor joins

Group

  • Shared brand kits — one set of watermarks, intros, outros and thumbnail styles, on every seat
  • Shared templates — the cut that works for you becomes the house cut
  • 8 seats, and one view of who holds them
When procurement gets involved

Corporate

  • 25 seats, expandable in blocks
  • Kits and templates per team, not just per company
  • Offline activation, invoicing, POs, a named contact
Rent while you decideNot ready for the full price? Rent from $15/month — less than a cloud subscription, cancelled whenever you like. Ten months of it costs what buying costs, so most people buy.
Pay the differenceMoving up a tier costs the gap, not the full price — Individual → Group: $400. Renting instead? Switch tier and the new rate simply starts.
Seat packsOut of seats before you're out of tier? Add three for $199, on any licence.
Updates inside your versionBuy 3.0 and every 3.x release is yours — 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 — at no extra cost and with no deadline. Only a new major version is ever a fresh purchase.
Connected planScheduling, posting and team sync — the only hosted parts — at $9/month, or $7 alongside a rental. Optional forever; the app never needs it.

Next

All of it, in every licence

The difference between tiers is seats and sharing — never features. Compare them, or see how a specific kind of work runs end to end.
